Abstract

Psychiatric disorders are among the main contributors to morbidity and disability globally, yet our understanding of the pathophysiology is still limited. The global efforts of large-scale sharing of multimodal brain imaging, genetics and clinical data provide unprecedented opportunities for studying mental health. This talk will cover a set of studies in which we targeted traces of mental health in the brain across the lifespan and studied genetic variants associated with both, brain imaging phenotypes and psychiatric disorders.
