We are pleased to inform you on our ‘International Neuroscience Symposium’ entitled ‘Neuronal representation – from synapses and microcircuits to behavior’. The symposium will take place from Friday, 8th to Sunday, 10th of October 2021 in Freiburg.
The symposium will cover a broad spectrum of molecular, synaptic and network mechanisms underlying the representation of sensory and spatial information in cortical networks. It will further include new insights on the role of GABAergic interneurons in the emergence of cell assemblies representing spaces and events and their role in the control of conscious behavior. Moreover, it will highlight new insights in altered synaptic and cellular signaling in disease models.
Altogether *21 national and international *experts in the field of molecular, synaptic, cellular, systemic and theoretical neuroscience will present their data.
